Becoming a Volunteer
How can you help?
- and in home
one-one-one volunteer to a person recieving hospice services
- become part of our
Quick Response Team, who are a group of individuals who take shifts to sit with a person and or their family during the last 24 hours of life
- become a
Grief Group Faciliator, througha additional training
- or
volunteer your talents playing music for the person on hospice, providing energy work, hand massages or other skill based service. (All persons wishing to volunteer their skilled based talents will need to work closely with the Voolunteer Coordinator to develop their individual practice guidelines within the Hospice Volunteer Program before providing direct care.)
