Help Us Help Others

Donating to Support Our Services

Monetary donations to the Hospice Care Program in any amount supports the Hospice Volunteer Program’s efforts to provide free, supportive, unique, direct care assistance to individuals and families coping with end-of-life issues.

The services of the Hospice Volunteer Program are a vital part of CHANS Home Health & Hospice; an agency which provides medical services to persons in our community who are at end-of-life. The Hospice Volunteer Program offers companionship, respite, and bereavement support groups to families and persons at end-of-life. Free grief support groups are available to community members, and educational resources and services around death, dying, grief and loss are available to the community.

Because we are a tax-exempt, non-profit organization, donations to the Hospice Care Program are fully deductible under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. In order to continue offering free bereavement groups and direct care services we very much depend on charitable contributions from individuals, towns, and institutions. Here are some easy ways to give to the Hospice Care Program and services.
